LEAD FWD 2023
Looking to get truly experimental, ICBA’s Community Banker University team was open get try something different to portray the theme of “Leadership is Messy.” Collaged typography, vibrant hand-drawn brushes and splatters, halftone layered assets mean true chaos and all punk rock.
Gritty textures, vibrant colors, hand-drawn elements really bring forward this idea of the scrappy determination of the next wave of leaders in the industry. Immense work was done to create an asset library that can easily be tailored to new spaces and purposes, with clear continuity from piece to piece.
Below you can see how the assets have evolved from the LEAD FWD event in 2022, subtle textures and brushed line work over an explosion of purple and blue smoke. The lock up language is carried over from previous years, but shifted around to add character and visual interest.
