Following ICBA's national rebrand, I was tasked with the critical role of implementing and evolving the new brand identity across all platforms. This involved translating a broad style guide into actionable design strategies for ICBA and its subsidiaries, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence in the community banking industry.



I developed comprehensive style guides and foundational marketing materials, establishing a clear framework for the brand's application. This included redesigning key event collateral, such as the ICBA LIVE (the largest annual gathering of community bankers), Capital Summit, and the LEAD FWD education event, ensuring each reflected the revitalized brand identity. I also art directed the website redesign, ensuring digital assets and templates aligned with the new brand vision.



My strategic approach focused on creating a flexible yet consistent brand experience across ICBA's diverse operations. I developed unique design adaptations for each subsidiary, like ICBA Payments, ensuring they maintained their distinct identities while aligning with the overarching ICBA brand. This strategy was crucial in reinforcing ICBA’s position as a dynamic and forward-thinking organization within the financial sector.









As the brand steward, I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to the new brand policies and drive brand ideation. The positive reception of the rebrand, as evidenced by ICBA’s press release, highlights my success in revitalizing ICBA’s image and enhancing its competitive edge. My leadership in this project showcases my ability to strategically implement and evolve a national brand, ensuring its impact and longevity.
