LEAD FWD Summit:
Unlocking the Next Generation of Banking Leaders
The LEAD FWD Summit, an ICBA Education initiative focused on cultivating the next generation of community banking leaders, required a dynamic rebranding to resonate with a younger audience. I spearheaded this transformation, developing a visually engaging theme centered around "unlock your leadership," creating a unique and memorable experience for attendees.

I conceived a design language that incorporated the concept of unlocking through custom stereograms inspired by Magic Eye illusions. These visually striking patterns, rendered in the brand's green, blue, black, and white palette, subtly revealed lock imagery. To complement this modern aesthetic, I integrated photography with a vintage-inspired grain and warmth, alongside gradient thresholds and halftone patterns that capitalized on the new ICBA color palette. Finally, I redesigned the event logo was redesigned for bold, sophisticated recognition.

To further amplify the theme and create a dynamic event experience, I activated the branding with motion graphics. Digital banners featured impactful phrases like "FUTURE LEADERS TODAY" and "UNLOCK YOUR LEADERSHIP," adding energy and reinforcing the core message. This design system was intentionally developed to be adaptable, providing a strong foundation for future iterations and building brand recognition for the event.
This comprehensive rebrand of the LEAD FWD Summit showcases my ability to connect with a specific target audience through innovative visual concepts and a cohesive design strategy. By integrating unique elements like custom stereograms and dynamic motion, I created a memorable and engaging event experience that positions ICBA Education as a forward-thinking leader in developing the next generation of community bankers. This project demonstrates my creative leadership and strategic approach to building lasting brand equity.
